New background on Francesco Benigno’s disqualification from The Island of the Famous 2024. While Mediaset, which had first announced the castaway’s withdrawal with a post and then changed everything with the word “disqualification” due to a discussion with Artur, has not having said a lot about the incident, the actor had lashed out on social media against the production of the reality show, and in particular had spoken of a producer who wanted him out and of threats made to him and his wife and of money offered to him in exchange for his withdrawal .

During yesterday’s episode, viewers expected to see images of what happened in the discussion with Artur. Instead Vladimir Luxuria only read a statement in which he explained that the actor’s attitude had been unacceptable and for this reason they had decided not to broadcast the images in question out of respect for the public and Benigno himself.
