Third exercise involves bringing your legs into the so-called ‘second position’ with your hands at your hips and aligning your knees with your toes.

Finally, you need to lie down on your back and, keeping your legs extended, lift it, keeping your pelvis parallel to the ground and then lifting one leg and then, while lifting the other, bringing it back to the ground.
