Today, Sunday 14 April 2024 come back Lions Day in Melfi.
A day of Solidarity without borders to do good and which the Lions want to share with the whole city.
For this Sunday 14 April 2024, give her 9.00 am to 1.00 pm members of the Melfi Lions Club they will be in Piazza Duomo in Melfi to make their activities known and more.
Furthermore, in the premises of the Centro Hospitalis, adjacent to the Cathedral, the Melfi Lions Club, in collaboration with Italian Red Cross will offer free screening for the prevention of thyroid diseases and for prevention of dementia, thanks to the collaboration of Dr. Manuela Botte, Marica Sapio, Valentina Mauriello and the neuropsychologists Dr. Luciana Stante and Mariangela Lionetti.
Has explained Dr. Teodosio Cillis, President of LC Melfi:
“This year too, the members of the Melfi Lions Club contribute in a concrete way to responding to the health needs and needs of their community”.
During the morning of Lions Day there will also be a “collection of used glasses” to help restore sight to those who don’t have it.
