The union says that in recent days, together with the CGIL, it has asked in two separate letters for the suspension of the acts «with serious limitations of legitimacy, without obtaining answers. Indeed, the personnel director clumsily attempted to justify the unjustifiable. In the face of this unacceptable behavior of the general management and to represent the dismay of many professionals currently working in companies in the Marche or other regions, who would like to return to the Ast of Macerata having qualifications and possibilities but are faced with closed roads due to priority channels granted to colleagues already in command, such as a union we sent to the President of the Region Francesco Acquaroli, to the Councilor for Health Filippo Saltamartini, to the director of the Health Department Antonio Draisci, to the Council and to the regional councilors of all sides, a report of the possible illegitimacy of the approved acts by the general management of Ast accompanied by detailed reasons”. The union adds that it is now waiting «for some of them, starting from the governor, to express their opinion and intervene on the management of Macerata. Politics should not be hidden behind ritual formulas such as “the autonomy of company management must be respected”, or “everyone takes responsibility for what they do”. The general managers, it is worth remembering, are appointed directly by the regional council and must also answer to it on their work. We will demand a very exhaustive response on how the general management behaved in specific cases because it cannot pass the idea that first the conditions are wrongly created to recruit professionals even using unorthodox paths and then the burden of having to take on the responsibility of having to justify to the interested parties why their stabilization contracts cannot be considered legitimate. It will be up to the general management of Macerata to find the solution, this time legitimate and orthodox, of how to remedy an obvious error of path. One thing is certain and it is a clear message both to the director Marco Ricci and to the regional council and council: the CISL FP Marche will not stop until the whole story is completely clarified. If no signals are received from the senders of the letter sent on 3 April, the CISL FP will work to report what has happened to the Civil Service department and other national levels of the Ministry as well as establishing a probable dispute”.
