What time to have breakfast to lose weight

Breakfast is usually a meal that is eaten at home as soon as you wake up, or before leaving the house after having washed and prepared for the day, or at the bar immediately after leaving. If we were to think of a hypothetical time, breakfast should be had between 7:00 and 8:00 in the morning, i.e. in the awakening time slot. It is therefore taken for granted that the time you get up is the right time to have breakfast. But what if this wasn’t the case? In fact, there is an ideal time for having breakfast, which does not necessarily correspond to the time you wake up. Indeed, it may happen that in some cases it is preferable to postpone breakfast for an hour or two, to do it at the correct time. And what’s more, there is no single right time for breakfast, because the correct one varies from person to personand if desired also from day to day based on what was done the night before.

To understand what the right time is to have breakfast you need to make an easy calculation and let it pass at least 12 hours of fasting between dinner the previous evening and breakfast the next morning. For example, if you have dinner at 8:00 pm then your correct breakfast time is 8:00 am. It goes without saying that if we have an early dinner one evening, breakfast can be brought forward or remain at our usual time, fasting for more than 12 hours. However, if we have dinner late we must be more careful and calculate the correct time for breakfast, which may be postponed during the morning.
