Dolce&Gabbana’s first residential project in Europe is already attracting considerable numbers. Called Design Hills Marbellathis ultra-luxury residential complex, promoted by Sierra Blanca Estates, has already received pre-sales for 250 million euros among VIP customers alone.

After the official presentation last September, the Italian fashion brand and the Marbella company have begun the process of marketing these “branded residences” among the most exclusive customers of both companies and have already achieved a turnover of 250 million euros.

From now on, the marketing of the project is open to the rest of the public interested in purchasing future Dolce&Gabbana homes, the first in Europe, with prices starting from 4 million euros.

The other new thing is that the works to adapt the land of the plot of over 90,000 m2 have already begun and the first stages of construction they should start in the fall. The forecast is that there will be pilot homes throughout 2025 and that the project will be completed in 2026.

Luxury homes and services

Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella will host luxury residences in an innovative complex, equipped with large spaces oriented towards fashion, art, leisure and gastronomy, located on the Marbella’s golden mileone of the residential centers that best represents the international interest that large projects and luxury brands have chosen the Costa del Sol as a destination for the development of their most qualitative projects in the world.

Consisting of five buildings (Venice, Palermo, Florence, Como and Naples), it will include a total of 92 homes with multiple formats (with surfaces between 280 and 900 m2, furnished and with a maximum of five bedrooms), as well as garden areas and infinity pools outdoors. It will also have of sports spaces high-performance facilities, such as padel courts, a fitness center, an outdoor gym, a boxing ring, exclusive areas for meditation, yoga and pilates, golf simulators, indoor basketball courts, as well as the first Indoor synthetic five-a-side pitch in Marbella. Design Hills will also cater for the needs of the youngest members of the family by hosting its own Kids Club with a games room, classrooms and private lessons, a fully equipped indoor and outdoor play area and even its own camping area. They will also have special areas for pets and services for their care.

As has been anticipated, some of the main features of these luxury apartments will be the master bedrooms with dressing rooms and private bathrooms overlooking the sea; massage and makeup rooms; spacious living and dining rooms that open to private outdoor spaces with coastal views; roof terraces with swimming pools and solariums; staff accommodation; entertainment rooms and exclusive home automation to connect the home 24/7 with the reception. Additionally, most residences will have fully private or semi-private elevator access.

Completing the offer open to all visitors, Design Hills will host its own shopping street which will bring together the best international luxury retail brands, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes and other exclusive gastronomic establishments.

Additional design details

Currently, both companies continue to work on defining new technical aspects and brand experiences for future owners and visitors of the complex.

The creative team led by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, founders of the fashion brand in 1984, is defining many aspects of the homes that Sierra Blanca will create, from the architecture to the interior design of each property, to the common areas and the design experiences that the future residents will have at their disposal.
