The cost to the State is equal to 122.2 billion euros. In February it amounted to 114.4 billion euros. This means that in one month there was an increase of almost 8 billion euros.
THE Enea data on the 110 percent superbonus take into account the number of statements uploaded on the dedicated site; of the absolute value of the investments eligible for deduction; of the absolute values and percentages of the works already completed. Data is also specified for works relating to condominiums (awaiting the extension), single-family buildings and independent real estate units.
TO March 2024 for interventions in condominium the average value of the investment is equal to 593,579.95 euros, to make the single-family buildings the average value of the investment is instead equal to 117,202.55 euros, for the works on functionally independent real estate units the average value of the investment is equal to 98,290.70 euros, for i castles finally the average value of the investment is equal to 242,212.39 euros.
In detail, the Enea data on the 110 percent superbonus relating to the month of March 2024 indicate that at a national level the total investments eligible for deduction were 117.2 billion euros for a cost of over 122 billion in tax deductions. Investments for energy efficiency interventions facilitated with the superbonus have affected 494,406 buildings.
The total investments that involved i condominiums was 78.6 billion euros, those that affected the single-family buildings were 28.6 billion euros and those that affected the functionally independent real estate units they were 11.5 billion euros.
