Monica Barbaro recently compared Arnold Schwarzenegger to Tom Cruise by revealing that, during breaks on set, one of them smokes while the other does push-ups.
In the last few years Monica Barbara starred alongside two true legends of action cinema, Tom Cruise And Arnold Schwarzeneggerand in his view the stars are “two opposites” in regards to their habits on set, especially when it comes to occupying time between takes.
The 32-year-old starred opposite Cruise in Top Gun: Maverick, while in her latest project, the new Netflix series titled FUBAR, she played Emma, the CIA agent daughter played by Schwarzenegger. “It’s funny, they couldn’t be more opposite“Said Barbaro Variety.
“Tom asks a lot of questions and wants to understand every single detail of what is happening. Arnold, if you start asking questions it makes you understand that he thinks it’s ‘better not to know’. And that is a great show of confidence. It doesn’t mean one approach is better than the other, but it’s just night and day“, continued the actress.
“Arnold smokes cigars between scenes, while Tom is working on the next seven scenes or doing push-ups or something else“, continued Monica Barbaro. “However, although they are opposites, they both show up on set knowing their lines, work very hard and waste no one’s time.
