Giulia, in fact, confessed: “And panic attacks… they still happen, I’ve just learned to manage those too. When they arrive it means that I’m full, that I have to throw out that load of energy. So I welcome them, breathing deeply. I cross them, and then I get rid of it feeling better shortly after. I’m no longer afraid…”.
She also added that she went to therapy and that this definitely helped her feel better: “I did a period of analysis but then stopped. I embarked on a path of self-analysis, hoping to start again soon with a professional.”
