Jessica Biel was spotted on the set of her new film, The Better SisterAfter Justin Timberlake’s arrest for driving under the influence in Sag Harbor, and is apparently focusing on work while supporting her husband.
According to a source he spoke to PeopleJustin’s arrest has been a “distraction” for Jessica and she’s “not happy” about it.
“She had to shoot yesterday. She doesn’t like drawing attention to the family, especially if it’s negative,” the source said, adding that Jessica “loves” Justin and will always be by his side because he is a “great father and husband”.

Another knowledgeable person spoke to the Daily Mail of the situation, stating that “Jessica is disappointed, but he is her husband so she stands by him and will support him through this.” The pair are said to have spoken via FaceTime and exchanged messages but due to her work commitments and his upcoming tour dates they haven’t been able to meet in person to talk about it yet, yet she stands by him. This source added that “they will see each other again soon when she has time off from the film as she plans to be there and support him on some future tour stops.”
According to New York TimesJustin was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor on June 18. His lawyer stated a Us Weekly on June 19: “I look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. I will have a lot to say at the appropriate time but I am waiting for all the evidence from the district attorney’s office.”
Justin’s court hearing is scheduled for July 26, 2024.
