A pink bow arrived at the house of Ermal Meta and his companion Chiara Sturdà. The couple welcomed theirs first daughter, Fortuna. The 43-year-old singer-songwriter, fresh from the launch of his new album called (not surprisingly) Good luckbroke the news via social media, sharing a very tender photograph on his Instagram pagein which we see his hand holding his girlfriend’s hand and the tiny, plump and pink hand of little Fortuna.
Extremely excited in his first moments as a father, Ermal Meta writes in the caption: «My hand has never been so big, and neither has my heart»then adding the birth date of his long-awaited baby girl, 06.19.2024.

Immediately a rain of rain arrives congratulatory messages from followers, including Ermal Meta’s many musician friends, from Emma Marrone to Levante, who send little hearts of good wishes. While Giuliano Sangiorgi of Negramaro writes in the comments: «Welcome wonder!!! How’s mommy?”and then enthusiastically added in a second message: «Congratulations my brother».
Towards the end of April, Ermal Meta had published on Instagram a photo of a baby-sized sweater and a necklace with a pendant: «This will be your first sweater. We’re waiting for you. Don’t be in a hurry, but don’t delay too long as we can’t do without you now. We are waiting for you little Fortuna, bring us summer. Your mum and dad.” And Fortuna arrived, to the immense joy of her new parents.
