And so it was – as told by Terni Today – also for Daniele, a 38-year-old disabled person who lives in a wheelchair from Narni. Last Saturday on the occasion of the Narni Games, he went to see the Paralympic throwing meeting at the “Bertolini” school camp in Narni Scalo. And it was there that he asked the organizers if it was possible to try the “handbike”, that is, the special bicycle identical to the one used by the great Alex Zanardi. A bike that is used by ‘pedaling’ with just the strength of the arms. The 38-year-old also fared quite admirably.

“I really enjoyed living this experience – he said Daniel to the site mentioned before -, and I would like all disabled children to be able to engage in similar activities. We all need to be active and participate in events and demonstrations“.
