Roberta Morise remains in hospital, having given birth to her first child, Gianmaria, with her partner Enrico Bartolini on May 24th. The presenter is hospitalized at Mangiagalli in Milan – where she gave birth – together with the baby.
It is not known precisely what the problems are, but after the happy event it was the parents who spoke on Instagram about “tortuous days”, thanking the doctors. “This storm will pass” the new mother wrote, adding: “We are still fighting, but we will win.”
Today Roberta Morise returns to make herself heard on social media. She is still hospitalized with her Gianmaria, but she faces everything with courage and optimism, also thanks to her healthcare staff who supports her. “Our head nurse with a huge heart” she writes in her Instagram stories, where she shows a photo of a dessert cabaret that arrived directly in the room for her and the other patients. The days in the hospital are long, but at least at breakfast she tries not to think about it.

Enrico Bartolini is a star of the restaurant industry. With 13 Michelin stars, he is the most starred Italian chef, while worldwide he is the second (preceded only by Alain Ducasse). His face became known to the general public thanks to his participation in Alessandro Borghese’s Celebrity Chef program. Bartolini is 44 years old, married and has three children. He met Roberta Morise on her Instagram, a year ago, after seeing her in her restaurant in Dubai. That evening he wasn’t there, so he wrote to invite her to another of her clubs in Tuscany. They first met there – last summer – and from that moment on they never left each other again.
The wedding in a few months
Roberta Morise and Enrico Bartolini will get married on August 31st in Tuscany, where they met. The baby will be three months old and will be the true witness of their love. The presenter discovered she was pregnant a few months after the start of their relationship: “We let ourselves be overwhelmed by our feelings, there wasn’t even time to think about it because our baby was already among us – she said some time ago in a interview – Even though we had only been together for a short time, we had no fears or hesitations. We were already happy.” And today they are certainly even more so.
