However, as regards his salary deriving from hosting Viva Rai2!, we can only rely on the compensation received as a RaiPlay testimonial and host of Viva RaiPlay. The showman appeared in a commercial for the public service streaming platform in 2020 which reportedly earned him an (unconfirmed) gross of 17 thousand euros, while for the Viva RaiPlay program (aired first in the early evening on Rai1 and then online) it would have taken 100 thousand euros per episode, always according to various unconfirmed rumors.
According to what was reported by Corriere della Sera, Palazzo Chigi would have made efforts to convince Fiorello to stay at Rai, but the showman declared that, starting from May 10, he has “a contract with his sofa” and will take “a long period ” rest.
The two activities in the real estate and management sector
In addition to his many activities as a testimonial, radio and television host, as well as musician, Fiorello seems to enjoy significant earnings also deriving from the two companies he owns together with his wife Susanna Biondo.
In real estate, the company La Casetta Srl he appears to be healthy. His assets exceed 18 million euros in 2020, with a net worth of 6.8 million euros and profits of 1.6 million euros, confirming a source of liquidity that has consolidated the company’s assets.
On the other hand, the Rosa Production operates in the management field and is located near the Rai headquarters in viale Mazzini. In 2018, the company registered revenues of 3 million euros, of which 245 thousand euros deriving from the distribution of the film “Chi l’ha visto”, which had Fiorello’s brother, Beppe Fiorello, as the protagonist, in a co-production with Rai Cinema.
The latest balance sheet filed by Rosa Production, relating to the year 2021, indicates a turnover range between 600 thousand and one and a half million euros, recording a decrease of 44.67% compared to the previous year, probably due to the difficulties related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
