The engagement with the Treviso group was made official after the Pandoro case, but many of the advice provided were not put into practice by the influencer

The first rumors began to circulate in recent days, but now the news is confirmed: the collaboration between Chiara Ferragni, who is currently in the States, and the Treviso reputation management group Community, founded and led by Auro Palomba, has come to an end. An engagement that the influencer and the communication company made official last December after the case of the Balocco pandoro and the designer Easter eggs, but which has now come to an end after just four months.

The reasons for the farewell

One, in a nutshell, is the main reason that transpires with the microphones turned off for the separation: a divergence of views and ideas to be brought forward for managing the difficult issue of reputation. However, it would not be a heated divorce, but a decision made by both parties. In any case, the Community line is that of “no comment”. As mentioned, the collaboration between the influencer and the communication agency began in December 2023, but many of the recommendations given by the agency were not accepted and, consequently, followed.

The other collaborations interrupted

The difficult moment for Ferragni, at the center of an investigation by the Milan prosecutor’s office for aggravated fraud precisely because of the Pandoro case, does not seem to want to come to an end, between the separation with Fedez and the interruption of several contracts. The news of the loss of another collaboration agreement, the one with Pantene, of which Ferragni had been testimonial since 2016, came just a couple of days ago. Previously, the Antitrust had imposed a fine of over one million euros for alleged misleading advertising linked to the sale of Balocco Pink Christmas (the hearing of his appeal is set for 17 July). In recent months, in addition to not having been confirmed on the Tod’s board of directors, other important collaborations have also stopped, from Pigna to Safilo, which ended the relationship for a line of glasses, and then, again, Coca Cola, which did not follow up on the commercial scheduled for the end of January and never released.
