Royal, Stephanie’s change is drastic: what happened to her?

The latter have governed the small Principality of Monaco for centuries and are famous for their personal affairs. Among them, one of the most talked about members is certainly Stephanie. Here’s how she’s changed.

She is considered the black sheep of the Rainiers, and although her life today is very different from that of many years ago, this reputation has never abandoned her. Naturally we talk about Stephanie of Monaco, third child of Rainier III and Grace Kelly, paparazzi icon of the eighties and nineties. A destiny that the Monegasque princess tried in every way to change, seeking her own path first in fashion, then in music and then in the circus, of which she is still a great fan today.

Born in 1965, after graduating in 1982, she suffered a great trauma in the same year. It was she, in fact, who was in the car with her mother Grace in the terrible car accident that cost the princess her life and former Hollywood actress. Stephanie not only suffered significant injuries in the accident, but she also had to support the rumors that were circulating in her time and that she was the actual driver of the vehicle that had subsequently caused the death of her beloved Grace.

All rumors that were never confirmed, but which caused her great pain. Maybe that was also why the years following the loss were dotted with tantrums and unfortunate decisions of the young princess, to the delight of the tabloids. After working as a model for a few years, she turned to music with little success, before accepting her royal destiny and representing her family on several official occasions.

Even in the sentimental field, Stephanie did not have particular luck: she married the first time with Daniel Ducruet, her former bodyguard, who publicly betrayed her, and then she tried again almost ten years later, joining Adans Lopez Peres, an artist circus performer to whom she remained married from 2003 to 2004. Today she is involved in social work and helps her brother Alberto in management of the small but very rich Principality of Monaco.

Of course, the years pass for her too, and her appearance and style have changed considerably, as shows a video that is making the rounds on social media. Considered one of the most beautiful European princesses in the 1980s, over the years her resemblance to her mother Grace has faded, but Stephanie has always maintained her liveliness and today she no longer worries about her appearance as in the past and brings with her elegance on his 59th birthday, which he celebrated on February 1st.
