1,050 employees and 41 branches, turnover of 1.2 billion in 2025

From the upper levels they have no doubts: it is a historic operation. “What were distinct realities until 31 December 2025 – we read in a note – will experience a physical and digital metamorphosis during the first weeks of 2026”. That is: all the signs of all 41 points of sale of the group will now have a single name, Bossoni. This is because the five corporate names of the Bossoni Group (Bossoni Automobili spa, Mandolini Auto spa, Agrigar spa, Baiauto spa and Gruppo Bossoni spa) were officially merged into a single company on 22 December, Bossoni spa, which will officially be on the market starting from 1 January 2026.

“This announcement is a historic moment for us – comments Mauro Bossoni, president and CEO of the group –: we are proud to have completed the unification process. It will be an epochal novelty for employees and collaborators, but it was necessary to take this step to be able to remain competitive in a decidedly complex market such as the automotive one”.

The numbers of the group

However, the newly formed Bossoni spa will keep its origins firmly in place: the headquarters will continue to be in Orzinuovi, where it all began (it was 1987). Some significant data: the five corporate names of the group will close 2025 with growth in turnover, volumes and sales compared to the previous year: a consolidated balance sheet of 1.2 billion euros is estimated, an increase of +9% on 2024. There are 1,050 collaborators in the group, distributed across 41 operational offices in 6 provinces and 2 regions, in Brescia, Cremona, Mantua, Modena, Piacenza and Reggio Emilia.

Bossoni currently represents 22 brands, but the entry of three new brands is expected by 2026. The group is currently led by brothers Sergio, Massimo, Santo, Angelo and Mauro Bossoni: a new logo is also on the way.
