Home bonuses: those that can be requested in June
There are three aids in particular regarding housing that can still be requested in the month of June. The Super bonus is valid today with the 70% deduction for expenses incurred for works carried out from 1 January 2024 to 31 October 2024. The support is active for various interventions (here is the complete list of deductible ones).
The sismabonusinstead, provides for the 50% deduction of the expenses for seismic measurements, on a maximum amount of 96 thousand euros, for the works carried out by 31 December 2024. For the building renovationfinally, a 50% deduction is activated on a maximum amount of 96 thousand euros for works (elimination of architectural barriers and those that facilitate the internal and external mobility of disabled people) carried out by 31 December 2024.
Also still active mobile bonuses which allows access to a 50% deduction for the purchase of furniture and large appliances chosen to furnish a property that has been renovated. The maximum amount allowed is 5 thousand euros for 2024. For the house, the bonus mosquito nets and air conditioners: respectively 50% deduction on efficiency measures, incentive on the purchase of a device higher than energy class A and in association with other bonuses.
The green bonusvalid until the end of the year, also allows you to activate the deduction for expenses incurred for works dedicated to the arrangement or transformation of gardens, terraces, courtyards for a maximum budget of 5 thousand euros.
Help for the family
Even those who do not intend to do any work at home can take into account that there are many other aids dedicated to the family. FromInclusion Allowanceto the social bonus which is applied directly to the bill. And then again the mothers bonus helps female workers with the total decontribution of their contributions up to a maximum of 3 thousand euros. For dependent children there is the nursery bonus to pay school fees both public or private with the application to be made by 31 December 2024. For older children, however, there is the possibility of requesting, by the end of the month, the Culture card and the Merit card for a value of 500 euros for each.
