acquired Camo Groupe, turnover of 1 billion euros

The multi-brand human resources solutions group W-Group, founded by Federico Vione and led by Maw from Brescia, has concluded the acquisition of Camo Groupe, a French company specialized in the search and selection of personnel for the provision of temporary work. This is the first acquisition outside the Italian borders for W-Group, already present abroad with W Executive, a brand specialized in executive search and HR advisory, in France, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (and over 400 employees) .

Turnover around one billion

With the acquisition of Camo Groupe, W-Group will reach a turnover of 1 billion euros, one year earlier than what was already foreseen in its strategic plan. Camo Groupe has 50 branches and 170 employees, with annual revenues of 125 million: the entry of the new company will allow W-Groupe to reach a total of 250 branches and over 1,600 employees. The French company will maintain its brand and positioning and will be led by Sebastien Bourdou. The declared objective is now to double the active branches (from 50 to 100) within 5 years.

1,600 employees for W-Group

“When we were just born in 2021, we were around 300 people: today, with this new acquisition, we will reach 1,600 – commented Federico Vione, CEO of W-Group –: a number that derives from our commitment to wanting to create a model capable to attract and enhance the best talents. There are just over 300 Italian companies that have reached one billion in revenues. We are proud to be part of this group of excellence and to have crossed the finish line with the acquisition of a foreign company.”
