List of ingredients written on the packages not in Italian language. For this reason the Ministry of Health announced the recall from the supermarkets of a lot of the Nutella ice cream produced by Ferrero, the Nutella Ice Cream Pot.

Nutella ice cream with ingredients list not in Italian

The Ministry of Health ordered on June 13, 2024 the recall of a batch of cans of Nutella IceCream produced by Ferrero, distributed mainly in Campania.

The recall is due to the lack of presence of the list of ingredients in Italian.

What is the recalled lot

The lot recalled by supermarkets, it was produced for Ferrero by the Ice Cream Factory Comaker plant Alzira (Valencia), Spain. The lot involved is the following: L074E32B00.

These are 230 gram jars of Nutella ice cream with an expiry date of 5 September 2025.

The list of ingredients

In the notice the Ministry of Health included the list of ingredients in Italian missing in the recalled lot, shown below:

Ingredients: rehydrated skimmed MILK, sugar, pasteurized CREAM, sunflower oil, HAZELNUTS (6.5%), glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, coconut oil, low-fat cocoa (3.5%), dextrose, emulsifiers: lecithins (SOYA), propylene glycol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; stabilizers (locust bean gum, cellulose gum, guar gum, carrageenans), flavourings.

May contain cereals containing GLUTEN; EGGS, ALMONDS, WALNUTS, CASHEW NUTS, PECANS, PISTACHIOS, MACADAMIA NUTS.
