Fuel: prices falling

Next the descent on the fuel network. Absorbing the latest cuts, the national averages of the prices charged for petrol and diesel are falling and from today new reductions are arriving with Eni reducing the recommended prices of both products by 1 cent. Coming to the detail of the situation on the network, based on the processing by Quotidiano Energia of the data communicated by the managers to the Mimit Price Observatory updated at 8am yesterday 7 May, the average price of petrol in self-service mode is 1.912 euros/litre (1.915 the previous survey), with the companies between 1.903 and 1.924 euros/litre (no logo 1.906). The average price charged for self-service diesel is 1,773 euros/litre (compared to 1,778), with the different brands between 1,763 and 1,783 euros/litre (1,767 without logo).

On the petrol service, the average price charged is 2.053 euros/litre (2.057 the previous figure), with colored systems with prices between 1.989 and 2.128 euros/litre (no logo 1.961). The average diesel served is 1.917 euros/litre (against 1.923), with company sales points with average prices between 1.852 and 1.988 euros/litre (no logo 1.823). The average prices charged for LPG are between 0.722 and 0.742 euros/litre (no logo 0.706). Finally, the average prices of methane for cars range from 1.305 to 1.415 euros/kg (no logo 1.317).
