A second one will arrive soon NoiPA payslip with arrears, which will concern working mothers in the public sector, including teachers and ATA staff, who receive the mothers bonus of 260 euros per month. The amount will be 1250 euros.
The second payslip for arrears will exceptionally be issued on May 14th, as scheduled in the NoiPA calendar.
Who will receive the payslip?
This special issue is aimed at settling the adjustments accumulated in previous months due to the 100% decontribution, introduced by the 2023 budget law but only partially applied pending operational directives.
Analyzing some concrete examples, for a nursery school teacher, the arrears will be paid on a simple and clear payslip, containing only the taxable amount, the IRPEF deducted and the net amount. In the case of ATA staff, such as a school assistant, the arrears will be only 25 euros lower than those of the teacher.
The arrears payments in May 2024 concern the months from January to May and were calculated partially considering the withholdings already paid, awaiting updated instructions. The 2024 Mothers Bonus provides for the reimbursement of pension contributions of up to 250 euros per month for permanent workers with minor children. Women with temporary employment relationships or with a single child over 10 years old are excluded.

- Access the NoiPA portal using your recruitment credentials or log in via Spid, Cie or Cns.
- In the reserved area, search for and select “Self Service”.
- Subsequently, click on “Payment Consultation” to access the published payslips.
- In the end, download payslips in PDF format for free for display and storage.
The dates of payments
The Ministry of Economy and Finance may make slight changes to the dates established by NoiPA, therefore it is advisable to check directly on the site for any announcements or notices in this regard. In fact, on the calendar the scheduled date is May 14, 2024, concerning exclusively the arrears marked as “Authorized Payment”, with expected payments by May 24, 2024.
Immediately afterwards, on May 17, 2024, NoiPA will proceed with another special issue of payslips, intended for short-term or occasional substitute teachers and firefighters volunteers, with payments expected for May 28, 2024.
Payment of the Mothers’ Bonus
The month of May brings important news for public employees, including the Mothers’ Bonus for female workers. This is intended for public workers with at least two dependent children and a permanent contract. The amount is entered directly into the pay slip for those who have applied. This bonus involves the total elimination of IVS contributions, up to a maximum of 3 thousand euros per year, equal to approximately 250 euros per month. This support offers important support, promoting motherhood and family well-being.
For women who have requested, the Mothers’ Bonus replaces the tax wedge cut. Bonus arrears, processed in April, are included in May payments. It remains to be clarified whether the 4 months of arrears (from January to April) will be included in the ordinary installment or in a special one.
