Dacia Sandero Streetway and Dacia Sandero Stepway they look to the future with the 2024 range.
It is the best-selling model in the private channel since 2017 and the second best-selling model in all sales channels in Europe since 2008, a timeless success for Dacia Sandero, a car that in its latest “evolution” becomes even more technological and equipped.
By July, all new cars sold in Europe will have to meet the safety requirement GSR2, some devices thus become mandatory.
The Renault Group brand therefore adapts the range of Sandero Streetway, Sandero Stepway and also Jogger, expanding the technological equipment.
New Dacia Sandero: fittings and equipment
A new setup arrives, the Journey, configuration that reflects the version Stepway Extreme and which includes:
• shark antenna
• Randia diamond-cut alloy wheels
• door sill thresholds
• floor mats
• Keyless Entry key
• automatic climate control
• rear parking camera
• removable smartphone holder
• luggage compartment dividers.
Also new for the color range, Beige Safari makes its debut, an exclusive color for the Sandero Stepway, the two colors traditionally reserved for the Jogger, the Schist Gray and Oxide Green are now available on all versions of Sandero.
On the safety front, the adaptation to GSR2 regulation resulted in a notable expansion of ADAS systems on board offered as standard:
• recognition of road signs with warning of exceeding the speed limit
• automatic emergency braking with recognition of pedestrians and cyclists
• emergency stop sign
• rear parking sensors
• light and rain sensors
• lane maintenance assistant
• driver attention monitoring system
• lane departure warning
• event data recorder (EDR – in case of accident).
With a simple press of the “MySafety” located on the dashboard it is possible to recall the ADAS preference when starting the car.
On the 2024 model year of the Dacia Sanderochrome and leather of animal origin have been completely eliminated.
Through a practical QR Code it is possible to access the complete user manual in digital format, a booklet also present on the My Dacia App.
