VITTORIO VACCARO DEBUT WITH HIS FIRST BOOK “THE KITCHEN IS THE THEATER OF LIFE”

Vittorio Vaccaro puts a new important step in his career and, after his long experience in theater and TV, cinematographic commitments, radio columns and musical tours with his band, comes his debut in publishing. In fact, “The kitchen is the theater of life”, the first book written by Vittorio Vaccaro, is available in bookstores and online. A story that starts from Sicily, where the author was born, and arrives in Milan. Vittorio Vaccaro’s passion for cooking could not fail to be the protagonist of his first work which alternates stories of lived experiences and descriptions of tasty recipes. Cooking and family are the two themes closely linked, because the kitchen is the beating heart of a home, the place where we eat, love, argue, make peace, experiment, confess, study, you grow up: a real theater of life.

Extended family, raising children, separation, division of roles, responsibilities between men and women, parenting, overcoming gender stereotypes are just some of the topics touched on by the book published by Giraldi Editore: “I never thought I could write a book that he was talking about me too. But life always amazes us and gives us opportunities that we would never have even thought of – says Vittorio Vaccaro – It is true that we must learn to recognize opportunities and make them our own. It certainly takes a bit of courage and recklessness to decide to throw yourself into the adventure and live it. My adventure began the day I found myself part of an extended family. Now I am a father and partner in a new dimension that puts you face to face with unknown dynamics, which puts you in front of some granite ideas that are pulverized by what happens inside a house made up of children of different parents. But it is a richness that led me to want to tell it to those who, like me, are lucky enough to experience it.”
