RIETI – “Spicy enough. Chili pepper between history, culture, taste and health”: this is the title of the book by GM Fara, E. Guberti, G. Cairella, D. Nucci, E. Alonzo, MF Panunzio, published by Cultura e salute Editore Perugia, which will be presented on May 18th at 6pm at the former Church of San Giorgio, in Largo San Giorgio in Rieti, thanks to the collaboration between the National Chili Pepper Academy – provincial delegation of Rieti and the Varrone Foundation.

The presentation, moderated by Livio Rositani, President of the Italian Academy of Chilli Pepper, provincial delegation of Rieti, will be attended by Gaetano Maria Fara, Professor Emeritus of Hygiene and Public Health at the Sapienza University of Rome, Giulia Cairella, Hygienist and Head of the Health Promotion Unit of the ASL Rome 2, Daniele Nucci, dietician, health researcher and chef, Veneto Oncology Institute Irccs Padua.
