AND Italo Rota died, architect among the most prolific and visionary of recent decades. Rota passed away a 70 years old on April 6, 2024 in his hometown, Milanwhich saw him born on October 2, 1953. Among his most famous projects is the creation of the Museo del Novecento in Milan which overlooks Piazza Duomo, in the pre-existing Palazzo dell’Arengario.

Who was Italo Rota

Italo Rota graduated in 1982 from the Polytechnic of Milan. His professional training took place first in the studio of Franco Albini and later in that of Vittorio Gregotti.
