As reported by the US media, to contact the policewas the principal of the school attended by the boy who, during a fight with another student, threatened him with death, referring to what had already been committed when he was 7 years old.
When questioned, the child admitted that he had never met the victim and did not even know his name. He failed to give a motive to that murder. “He was also asked if he was angry at Rasberry for any reason or if he had ever done anything to him to make him angry, but he responded no,” police said.
It must be said, despite the confession, the crime will remain without a conviction. Texas Penal Code 8.07 highlights how a child has no criminal liability until he reaches the age of 10. At the time of the facts the baby killer was only 7, which is why, he cannot be indicted.
