Can an institutional commitment of the prince Edward of England make all of London and beyond chat? Certainly yes if the agenda includes the celebrations for the 120th anniversary of the Entente Cordiale, i.e. the agreement that England and France signed on 8 April 1904 to recognize their mutual spheres of influence in the colonial context.
