Tommaso Cerno, director of Il Tempo, is also a guest on the La7 morning talk show hosted by David Parenzo, who has his say on the matter: “I’m not that far from Borghi’s position. I don’t understand why nothing can be said, Mattarella’s speech is perfect, it stands up, it doesn’t go anywhere, but in short, on 2 June 1946 the Italian Republic, the Constitution, was born.
