Maria will leave the task of taking care of all the department store’s collections to Botteri.
Meanwhile, Adelaide has discovered Umberto’s plans: the woman will once again be very disappointed by her brother-in-law who she hoped had stopped plotting behind everyone’s back. Flora’s providential intervention meant that the Countess did not entrust her assets to Guarnieri and therefore prevented her from falling into the wrong hands.
