“It would fill my heart to imagine a world in which a person who crashes at speed (with a stop sign) into a car would at least stop to help, instead of running away without mercy.” Thus begins the complaint – published in Instagram stories – of dancer from Bari Mattia Zenzola. The winner of the last edition of Amici 2023 was in fact the victim of a rear-end collision by another car which, however, ran away without even providing assistance. Fortunately there were no consequences for the dancer, who reassures his fans about his health conditions, but expresses great regret for the behavior of the “pirate”.

The story-exposé

His complaint story, published together with photos of the damaged car, comes with the aim of “raising awareness, to hope that none of us ever allow ourselves to do something similar”, he writes. The dancer from Bari, much loved by young people and not only, has recently performed on Italian stages, taking part in the musical “Mare Fuori”, inspired by the cult series by Rai. And a thought of thanks is addressed to his fans, as well as to the people who immediately provided help: «I thank those who stopped to lend a hand without thinking twice, those who stopped even just to ask if everything was okay . Thanks to all the people for the messages I am receiving: don’t worry, everything is ok.”
