Here is the season 20 date

TV’s most beloved medical drama will return to streaming on Disney+ in a few days. That’s when.

Many of you asked us, now it’s no longer a mystery: Disney+ announced that Grey’s Anatomythe most loved medical drama on TV, will return to Italy on 25 April, with the twentieth season streaming with new episodes weekly every Thursday. The most recent cycle of the series will be added to the nineteen previous seasons already available on the platform.

Grey’s Anatomy: What’s new in season 20

Considered one of the greatest contemporary series, Grey’s Anatomy follows a group of doctors at Gray Sloan Memorial Hospital in Seattle who are faced with life-and-death decisions on a daily basis. They seek comfort in each other and, sometimes, more than just friendship. Together they discover that everything is not black and white in medicine and relationships.

Among the first guest stars of season 20 there will be Jessica Capshaw again in the role of Dr. Arizona Robbins, a role that the actress had left in 2018, while Alex Landi he will return to play Dr. Nico Kim. In the meantime, Natalie Morales (Dead to Me) will come to Gray Sloan Memorial to play Monica Beltran, a pediatric surgeon whose pragmatism and clarity have made her one of the best in her field. Her willingness to push her limits may be admirable and annoying, but she is always aimed at providing high-quality care to her patients. The other addition to the cast Freddy Miyares (The L Word: Generation Q) will instead be Dorian, an intelligent, affectionate and nice patient who was involved in a serious accident and is fighting for his future.

For those who were wondering, Ellen Pompeo she will return to play Dr. Meredith Grey, although not in every episode, like last year. There will also be one last, “crazy” crossover with the spin-off nearing its conclusion Station 19. In the meantime, fans, always numerous in Italy too, can celebrate the renewal of the series for a twenty-first season. The news dates back to last week and this renewal will allow Grey’s Anatomy not only to strengthen its primacy as the longest-running medical drama on American TV, but also to become the longest prime-time series in the history of the ABC network.
