Problems for Instagram today 7 July 2023. For a few minutes, in fact, reports of disservices have increased in our country with the Meta application dedicated to uploading photos and videos.
As can be seen directly on the Instagram Downdetector page, around 12:15 there was a peak of reports related to disservices and problems of various kinds with the client.
Specifically, in our case we tried to login in the application failing to load the newsfeed, while from the web the site remains on the landing page with the Instagram logo.
At least at the time of writing, no problems of any kind have been reported with the other apps in the Meta universe: in fact, Whatsapp and Facebook work regularly.
The reports come from all over Italy and not just localized in a specific area, and we will obviously update you should further details emerge. At the moment, however, Instagram and Meta have not released any official information on the matter.
Still on the subject of Instagram, the first indications on the news arriving on Threads by Instagram arrived during the night: the managing director Adam Mosseri announced that the engineers are working on many new functions, including the possibility of editing posts and a news feed shown in chronological order.
