It was the Nobile Contrada del Nicchio that won this afternoon, Monday 1 July, the fifth test of the Palio of 2 July 2024, with the horse Akida (shaken) and the jockey Elias Mannucci called Turbine. Regular exit of the Contrade from the Cortile del Podestà at 19:45. These are the pairings formed by the assigned horses and the jockeys, chosen by the Contrade themselves, for the General Test, under the orders of the Mossiere Bartolo Ambrosione, based on the order of entry to the ropes.
