In the Palazzo della Regione Veneto, the Leone d’Oro award ceremony, an event that celebrated Italian excellence in various sectors, from entrepreneurship to sport, from culture to solidarity. The president of the Leone d’Oro, Silenus Candelaresi, has been able to gather a mix of talents and prominent personalities from all over Italy, making the ceremony a memorable event. Among the institutional figures present, Maurilio PrioreschiPresident of the Venice International Grand Prix and Francesco Vannozzi, President of the Leone d’Oro Foundation. Nazareth PaganCatello Maresca, Luciano Moggi and Andrea Bagnoli, respectively presidents of the Leone d’Oro for entrepreneurship, legality, sport and solidarity, actively participated in the award ceremony. The evening’s guests of honor added further prestige to the event.
THE WINNERS
The famous international artist Bob Sinclar, the sports manager and former footballer Roberto Bettega and the versatile former Rai journalist and artist Ferruccio Gard have received the Golden Lion for their contributions to their respective fields. The recognition has also been extended to prominent figures such as Mario Bassano, Mauro Conti and Vincenzo Caso, while the Golden Lion Plaque was awarded to the urologist Marco Serrao and the manager of international artists Fabrizio Perdomi, for their undisputed commitment and dedication.
MARESCA’S ESCORT AWARDED
A particularly touching moment was the delivery of the prestigious parchment for Professional Merit to the escort of the Magistrate Catello Maresca.
