Bloody streets in the Bassa, another tragedy after the one in Dogaro on Sunday morning. In Camposanto, a high-speed collision was fatal for a young man who was traveling along the SP2 Panaria Est road last night, between Sunday and Monday, around one o’clock.
Arriving at number 334, his car violently hit a plant on the side of the road and the driver died instantly.
The San Felice firefighters were on site and worked hard to untangle the twisted metal that enclosed the young man’s body.
Also on site were 118 medical personnel, who also arrived with an air ambulance, and a police car from the Carabinieri. Road closed for the entire duration of the operations.
Panaria di Camposanto, where the fatal road accident occurred on the night between Sunday and Monday, had already been the scene of similar tragedies in the past. In 2020, Fabio Vulcano, a 26-year-old of the same age, died in similar circumstances.
