40-year-old reported, officer injured

A 40-year-old owner of a garage in Brugherio (Monza) was reported for violence, threatening a public official and resisting. The local police also fined him for lighting a fire in his business.

A patrol of the local police of Brugherio (in the province of Monza and Brianza) intervened yesterday afternoon, Sunday 30 June, in a garage in the western part of the city. The officers had seen a man coming out of the warehouse column of black smoke and they wanted to check that everything was in order. Inside they found the owner of the business who had lit a fire without the necessary permits. When asked to show a document, he began insulting the officers and ended up engaging in a scuffle with them in which a policeman was injured. The man, a 40-year-old, was reported for violence, threat to a public official and resistance.

The surgery took place around 4pm on June 30th. A patrol of the local police from Brugherio was carrying out a control tour in the city when, in the west area, they saw a column of black smoke coming out of a garage.
