BARLETTA – Another serious assault on June 26th against a train conductor who was the victim of a violent kick in the abdomen and then transferred to the emergency room. It happened at the station in Barletta yesterday and this was reported in a note from the unions. A traveler with a bicycle wanted to get on the Barletta-Fasano regional train without a ticket. The 30-year-old train conductor suggested that he go buy a ticket while she looked at his bike, but the man got angry and first verbally attacked her, then physically. The Carabinieri intervened immediately on the scene, stopping the person responsible, and 118. Fortunately, the woman did not suffer serious consequences.
