Tarquinia – We receive and publish – The election of Francesco Sposetti as mayor of Tarquinia is a source of great satisfaction.
The center-left wins this electoral contest with a very broad consensus, in one of the most important municipalities in our province.
It does so with a decent and capable person who was able to give new hope to a city that had experienced a rift with those who governed it.
It does so with a coalition that has demonstrated compactness and seriousness, which over the years has been able to build an alternative proposal to the right with commitment and daily work.
The Democratic Party list obtains an extraordinary result leading to the election of 5 city councilors: Enrico Leoni, Sandro Celli, Patrizia Giorgini, Emanuele Scomparin and Alice Battellocchi.
Our thanks to Francesco Sposetti, to the entire coalition, to all the candidates, to the secretary of the local club Emanuele Scomparin, to the management group of the Democratic Party of Tarquinia and above all to the voters who have given us their trust.
The Democratic Party at all its levels will be alongside the new administration of Tarquinia, just as we were in the path that led to this victory, starting from the constant commitment of the vice-president of the regional council Enrico Panunzi, from the closeness of the regional secretary Daniele Leodori and the secretary Elly Schlein who, with her passage through the city, gave a measure of the importance of this challenge.
Best wishes for good work to Francesco and his team, we are sure that they will be able to best represent the change that the city has been waiting for.
