And we had already signed the agreement with Fiorentina, in which everything was written. Fiorentina specifically asked us to play at Franchi during the works. They asked us to guarantee the capacity of season ticket holders, which are 18 thousand. AND we have reached almost 25 thousand. And this despite the work. These are well-known and well-known things, with signed documentation. With the work underway, Atalanta has a much lower capacity in the stadium, and in any case they won the Europa League. And also look at Cagliari and Udinese. It has often been reported that the stadium is dilapidated, and we have taken responsibility for it. We were asked to let Fiorentina play at Franchi during the works and we worked hard to do so. Then to maintain a certain threshold of viewers, and we did that. And on capacity we signed an agreement a month ago with Fiorentina. Despite this, the club sued. I struggle to understand the logic of all this. But I am sure that the problem will be solved by the new administration.“
