An agreement, therefore, between the chef from Licate and the Borgia group, owner of the Bioesserì brand which is divided between Milan and Palermo. The official opening, according to sources close to the starred chef, is scheduled for next September. In recent months, therefore, the testing period of the Licatese chef and his staff.
