Rome, 17 June 2024 – The NGO Resqship has denounced yet another Mediterranean tragedy on its social profiles, reporting the deaths of ten migrants found in the hull of a wooden boat. The Nadir ship managed to bring 51 people to safety, but for ten others rescue arrived too late.

According to what was declared by the NGO Resqship, “there were a total of 61 migrants on board: 51 were evacuated, two of them unconscious; 10 others were found lifeless on the lower deck of the boat“.
