The assignment of the role to the lawyer Lugi Panella has already, in recent days, prompted the reactions of the city councilors Paola Villa (Another city-Five Star Movement) and Imma Arnone (Looking Beyond). They arrive in these hours also the words of the Formian group of the Five Star Movement which thunders in one note: ” Self the mayor of Formia wants to play the bully and sue the local journalists, let him do it with his own money and not with those of the taxpayers. Spending 5,000 euros to sue some journalists who allegedly allowed themselves to criticize the management of the Social Services Offices of the Municipality of Formia is unworthy and deplorable, if you consider that, for example, for the same amount all the drinking water houses present in the area, which collect half of what we spend, in fact, on the paranoia of a mayor”.

Continuing in the note, the Formian Five Star Movement says again: “however, if we think about it badly, we know that the ‘bully mayor’ cannot denounce Acqualatina, considering that he is a ‘creature’ of Forza Italia, nor the many criminals who infest our city, because they are defended by his ‘personal lawyer’ . In order not to leave complaints and civil party constitutions in the hands of institutional subjects who use them to settle accounts with political adversaries, depending on a dangerous discretion”.

Just as, if judicial investigations into criminal associations were to emerge in our territory, it would be right, It is legitimate and sacrosanct to sue and become a civil party during the trial, because these situations damage the image of the city even more than what the mayor and his ‘personal lawyer’ are doing.
