The body of a 35-year-old man was found at first light today in Angri, in the province of Salerno: he had several stab wounds. The police are investigating the matter.

The discovery, which occurred at first light today, Sunday 16 June, of the body of a 35-year-old man, found on the street, in a pool of blood, at Angri, in the province of Salerno. The victim – whose details have not yet been released – was found on the pavement between via Risi and via da Procidaaround 3: from what we learn, the body of the 35-year-old was present several stab wounds.

The 118 health workers intervened at the site of the macabre discovery and were unable to do anything other than ascertain the death of the 35-year-old, as well as the carabinieri of the Nocera Inferiore territorial department, who started investigations to determine exactly what happened to the man: the most popular hypothesis at the moment, given the wounds found on the body, is that it was murder.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Nocera Inferiore has opened an investigation into the matter and has ordered the seizure of the body which, in the next few hours, will be subjected to an autopsy.
