The “Tabula Rosa” restaurant in Lecco yesterday hosted the evening on the “Certification of Gender Equality”, organized with the aim of raising awareness among local businesses and institutions of the importance of this fundamental issue. Exceptional speaker was the lawyer Serena Invernizzi, who illustrated the steps and main advantages of the certification process, through a broad debate and exchange of opinions among those present.
Among the participants, in addition to some entrepreneurs and local institutions from the Lecco area, there were also representatives of the “Anti-violence Network” of the province of Lecco. Also speaking were the Equality Councilors of Lecco, Marianna Ciambrone and of Como, Franca Anzani and the Equal Opportunities Councilor of Lecco, Renata Zuffi. The evening ended with the story of the experience regarding the topic covered gained by two companies in the province of Como, La Mercurio Srl and Gate Energy Srl, which successfully completed the certification process.

The event was very interesting but also very profitable for having established contacts and relationships with the institutional realities of the area with which we could share paths for the protection of women”.
