The directly paid marriage leave allowance is the new INPS online service.

From today, the electronic procedure for submitting the application for direct paid marital leave allowance by the Institute is available.

They can apply for the grant:

• unemployed workers who worked for industrial, artisan or cooperative companies for at least fifteen days in the ninety days preceding the marriage/civil union;

• workers who, without prejudice to the existence of the employment relationship, are not in service for any justified reason (for example, call to arms).

The amount of the allowance is equal to seven days’ salary (eight days for seafarers) and is paid by INPS on the occasion of a civil or concordat marriage or civil union (religious marriage alone does not give the right to the benefit).

The service is available online on the website www.inps.it, at the path “Services and services>Services>Marriage leave allowance”, via level 2 SPID, or National Services Card (CNS) or Electronic Identity Card 3.0 ( THERE IS).

Alternatively, you can contact the Institute’s contact center by calling the number 803164 from a landline or 06164164 from a mobile network, or use the telematic services offered by the Institute’s patronage bodies and intermediaries.

This service is included in the Non-Pension Benefits Hub, a unified platform designed and developed within the PNRR to simplify the methods of submitting applications and making the definition of requests more timely and efficient.
