“An event that in addition to being a pleasant moment of meeting
it is also a story of the three excellences of the Municipality of Buttrio: the agricultural one, the industrial one and the tourist one. All three have in common continuous research, innovation, the promotion of the beauty of places and the very high quality of the products. Values that as the Municipal Administration we always want to share
to raise awareness, while at the same time promoting hospitality and protection of the environment”.

Federico Toffoletti President of Pro Loco Buri APS
“The Regional Wine Fair, one of the oldest events linked to the world of wine in Italy, still confirms itself as a prestigious showcase for the typicality and excellence of our Friuli Venezia Giulia, allowing us to offer our guests a real food and wine experience . An event characterized by such an important history has two objectives: to maintain its historicity and at the same time innovate and renew itself, so as to be able to attract the attention of new visitors and at the same time allow fans to rediscover its characteristic format”.

Sergio Emidio Bini Regional Councilor Productive activities and tourism

“In Friuli Venezia Giulia the food and wine tradition becomes an opportunity for conviviality and above all for slow tourism, increasingly sought after and appreciated by visitors to our Region. Every year in Buttrio a cohesive community meets to celebrate their roots and their agricultural and artisan know-how. On display at the Wine Fair there is not only wine excellence, but there are local companies and producers that represent the essence of our territory, with its differences and peculiarities. The 105 labels of native wines present at the fair are nothing more than an experiential journey into the riches of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
