The bill on the summer budget has been preliminarily approved.
The Council has preliminarily approved the budget adjustment bill, quantifiable in the same dimensions as the similar summer measure last year.
Regarding the coverage of this settlement, the sources are based mainly on the 2023 administration surplus (around 698 million) and on the allocation of tax revenues in the 2024 budget, still in the process of being definitively quantified, although fromand estimates already made, a significant increase compared to expectations is evident.
Continuity is maintained with respect to the programmatic guidelines of the Council with the refinancing of the incentive measures of the productive fabric: specifically, that of Funds for access to credit, with a forecast of 100.5 million. On the policies of Healththe maneuver includes a item for current healthcare spending (quantifiable around 40 million) and another for healthcare construction with 87.5 million.
As anticipated, for the current part, special attention will be given to the finance of local authorities, in particular with a strengthening of the single municipal fund and a strengthening of the services provided to citizens, such as school buses, rentals and local public transport. Furthermore, alongside the refinancing of supra-municipal investment projects, there are advance measures in favor of local authorities on investments financed with state resources or with Pnrr funds.
Also worth noting recapitalization of the in-house company Autostrade Alto Adriatico. To complete the adjustment, resources will be allocated to a further series of strategic assets, such as incentive measures for energy requalification of private homes, investments in the road network, school buildings and measures to contain hydrogeological risk.
A more detailed picture will be available at the end of June, before thestart of the classroom process that will lead to the bill being approved by the Regional Council.
