Is called The rose of revenge the brand new one Turkish series of Mediaset, it begins tonight on Canale 5 and arrives just in time to provide a valid consolation to the public who will soon be orphaned by Terra Amara, expected at the grand finale tomorrow evening. The plot closely resembles that of Beauty and the Beast, a story of love, torment and curses in which the two protagonists will have to fight first against their feelings, then against all the obstacles that arise.
How many episodes does it consist of
In its original version the dizi counts 13 episodes approximately 130 minutes each, while the international version sold abroad has 40 episodes of approximately 40 minutes. Mediaset has decided to broadcast 3 mini-episodes at a time, for a total of 13 weeks of programming. The rose of revenge, barring sudden changes of course due to ratings or scheduling needs, will be broadcast on TV, first-run in Italy, every Friday evening from 7 June until August 30th.

The rose of revenge: plot of the first episode
Gulcemal he is now an adult man but he has never quelled his desire for revenge towards the woman who gave birth to him and then abandoned him for the love of another. Together with her sister, she had to deal with his losses very quickly: after her mother’s abandonment, in fact, her father, unable to bear the loss of his wife, had taken his own life.
Blinded by hatred, Gulcemal had killed his mother’s lover, taking upon himself, in addition to the burden of guilt, also that of a curse: “I wish I hadn’t brought you into the world. No woman will ever love you“.
Many years later he decides to return to the city of Bursa with the sole aim of finding his mother Zafer and finally taking his revenge.
Into the crazy plan elaborated over years of suffering, he suddenly enters Deva, a young weaver that Gulcemal would like to take away from her mother Zafer’s business. However, the girl has no intention of working for him and she injures him with scissors in an attempt to defend herself. However, she is unaware that her life is about to become linked to that of the unfortunate family of the man in front of her with no possibility of salvation.
In fact, Deva’s boyfriend Mertis in a relationship with Gulendam, who discovers that she is pregnant by him. Who is the girl? Gulcemal’s sister and Zafer’s daughter.
The plots are destined to become further complicated when the terrible Gulcemal, not accepting Deva’s refusal to work for him, kidnaps his father Ibrahim. If she wants to save herself and her family, she will have to accept her every request.
The cast
In The Rose of Vengeance viewers will be able to recognize two already familiar faces: Murat Ünalmis (already seen in Terra Bitter) is Gulcemal, Melis Sezen (Deren in Like Sisters) is Deva.
Also part of the cast are Gahit Gök and Ayda Aksel, who star in Hercai – Love and Vengeance, broadcast on Real Time, and Edip Tepeli, who played Galip in another highly successful series, The Girl and the Officer.
