In South Africa, Lin (Xu Qing) transports the prisoner Keith (Tyrone Keogh). When most of the officers are killed following an ambush, Lin escapes with Keith. Pursued by two henchmen, he is led to Jim Morrow (Paul Anderson), who offers him a million dollars to clean up the failed killing of Keith and Lin. Convinced by the money, Travis travels to Hong Kong, where he manages to steal Lin’s son’s cell phone to pinpoint his location.
